Our awards will start in March when the categories and nominations are announced, and voting starts again - this time, voting will run through until September, when the lines will shut, and the winners will be announced at VegfestUK London on Saturday October 5th. This year there will be an awards ceremony and presentations for the winners by one of our celebrity guests - and the categories will include one or two special ones that span the last ten years, seeing as it's our tenth birthday this year. So a special awards for 2013. Meanwhile if you would like to suggest anyone/anything for a nomination (or a special category even) you are welcome to email email@example.com with your suggestions.
Our sponsors are a big part of the shows, and the continued support from both old friends and new businesses helps keep VegfestUK on the go. This year we say a big hello to our faves from the last ten years Redwood Foods, Fry's Distribution, Bute Island, Nakd Wholefoods, Yaoh, Out of Hand and The Vegan Society - these guys have in particular given immeasurable support to us over the last decade. Likewise, the likes of Kara Dairy Free, Good Hemp, Goodlife and Ecotricity….. And a big warm welcome to Eco Vegan Shoes, Sutra Kitchen, Sun Chlorella and Sunseed Organics as they step aboard for the first time as sponsors. And a huge shout out to our media partners Excellart, Veggie Vision and Foods for Life - as well as the likes this year of Resurgence magazine, and Vegetarian Living - big thanks to you all (and many others too many to mention here) for your support - its appreciated.
