The Lord Mayor of Bristol's Children Appeal was set up in the 1920s with the aim of supporting children in poverty with a Christmas meal and a pair of winter boots.

Today, the charity supports more than 1,650 children and young people around Bristol to give them a better Christmas. To do this, the appeal raises £82,500 each year through a gala dinner, carol concert and other events. All money raised is then distributed to those who need it through vouchers given out by Bristol City Council. The Lord Mayor of Bristol's Children Appeal works closely with social workers, doctors and teachers to ensure the vouchers go to those children who need it most.

The charity wouldn’t be able to carry out this work without its incredible volunteers from the city's Rotary, Round Table, Lions, Soroptimist clubs and others who help keep running costs so low. They are also supported by local businesses, schools and individuals who donate money and/or support in other ways.

That's where we come in. For their 2025 Gala dinner, we printed the evening's brochures. It's a small contribution to a great cause, and we are fortunate to be able to support them. The night looked like a great success, and we will continue to support The Lord Mayor of Bristol's Children Appeal in its future endeavours.
