Out of Hand is an established design, print, distribution, and outdoor advertising specialist based in Bristol. We work with businesses and organizations of all sizes across the South West and Wales and have built a good reputation for providing high quality, cost effective and reliable services catering for the events and leisure sector.

The ideal candidate for this role will be hard working, conscientious, reliable, and methodical. This position involves physical activity and being outdoors, so a certain level of fitness is required in order to carry out the role.

General:

You will be involved in the weekly distribution of A3 poster/Flyer runs in Bristol, the South West and Wales, other promotional material on behalf of our clients and fitting of A3 frames and poster installations at selected locations across Bristol on a weekly and monthly basis.

Key Tasks:

• Distribution of A3 posters/Flyers across Bristol, the South West and Wales.
• This will include monitoring all A3 poster levels and capturing proof of posting imagery.
• Identifying suitable new stockists in each area and maintaining an accurate distribution list updated after each distribution run.
• Distribution of flyers and other promotional material to our shop network weekly:
  a. This will include ensuring clear, professional presentation of different flyers in our stands, removing unauthorised flyers and reporting unauthorised use of the stands back to the office so they can follow it up and stop it happening again.
  b. Copies of other leaflets/brochures must be collected and brought back to the office as they provide valuable sales leads across the business.
• Distribution of bespoke promotional material for clients in our region.
• Distribution of all other promotional items a weekly basis.
• Fit and remove A3 clip frames from the distribution route.
• Undertake other distribution duties, deliveries, and collections as and when directed to assist Out of Hand's daily operations.
• Opportunities to assist in street team activities as and when needed and other Out of Hand projects as and when they arise.
• Participate in the generation of ideas to the benefit of Out of Hand.
