We spend a sizable chunk of the summer season working with festivals from all around the UK, from local charity fundraisers to world-famous music weekenders. Over the last forty years, festival season has gradually become synonymous with British summer time. For thousands of people, there’s no better way to celebrate the sunshine and longer days than dancing to music in a field with friends. Our festival services range from small and straightforward - such as designing and printing tickets and merchandise or running an out of home campaign - to spending days onsite working with decor teams or zooming down the M5 with a van full of lanyards hours before the event opens to the public…
Site Dressing and Decor
With more and more festivals popping up every year, organisers are pulling out all the stops to stand out from the crowd. Our festival dressing services are versatile in the sense that we can print on a range of different materials in pretty much whatever size you need. Stage drapes, painted shipping containers, free-standing temporary structures, printed walls, signage and billboards…you get the picture.

Brand Partnerships
Festivals are one of the most powerful environments for brand exposure. With tens of thousands of attendees immersed in a high-energy atmosphere, your message isn't just seen, it's experienced. Each festival has its own community and culture, enabling brands to tailor their message to a specific demographic - whether that’s an age range or fans of a niche subculture. The festival environment also gives brands a lot more scope to be creative, because they know their audience is on a single quest: to have a good time.
This year, we helped a number of brands bring their campaigns to life at festivals, including this Hennessy Whisky site takeover at Notting Hill Carnival:

With a footfall of more than 2 million people over the course of one weekend, it’s an unmissable opportunity for any brand aiming to reach the carnival audience.
We were also proud to work with War Child again at Forwards festival - a brilliant charity that supports children who have been affected by conflicts worldwide. 60 festivals signed up for their new Festivals Unite initiative this year, which is focused on raising funds for their emergency response work in Gaza alongside fellow charity Medical Aid for Palestinians.

This Flix Bus partnership with Forwards festival was especially fun to build, it felt like a temporary oasis for revellers seeking a brief escape from the crowds. Central to the installation was the 'Slay Bus’ - a real life activation of the brand’s tongue-in-cheek mascot, which has become a viral meme across social media platforms in recent years. We printed and erected wraparound hoardings in Flixbus’ signature lime green colourway, along with banners inviting viewers to share selfies with the sassy bus.

Onsite Advertising
Onsite advertising is one of our most popular festival services, probably because it’s a two-pronged beast: Artists and promoters can advertise upcoming music and events to a captive audience of thousands at any likeminded festival; festival organisers receive an additional revenue stream and a brightly coloured solution to unsightly security fencing.
