We understand things can change, so please be aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48hrs of placing an order and haven't supplied any artwork there is no cancellation charge and you'll receive a full refund.

If you cancel after 48hrs of placing your order, the following applies:

	7th May If you place an order before 1st June and cancel within 48hrs of placing the order, there is no cancellation charge and you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel after 48hrs of placing the order, a 10% cancellation charge applies and you’ll receive a 90% refund of the total order.
	1st June If you cancel during this period, a 50% cancellation charge applies and you'll receive a 50% refund of the total order.
	8th June If you place an order and cancel after 9th June, a 100% cancellation charge applies and unfortunately you won’t receive a refund.
	3rd August In charge date for advertising orders placed between 7th May - 26th June.

1. If the advertising site booked is converted to an alternative site, the Contractor shall notify the Advertiser within 28 days of 20th July 2026 that such conversion is to take place. At the end of this notice period the converted site will be deeded deleted from the Order Confirmation and will no longer form part of the Order (the remaining sites being unaffected) and will be subject to a new agreement.
2. The Advertiser may cancel an Order in writing up to 8th June 2026 (for second release sales, no cancellations are allowed) written notice should be issued to the Contractor. The following terms will apply if the Advertiser terminates an Order: Order cancellations should be sent to fringe@ outofhand.co.uk or by recorded post to Out of Hand Ltd, Hebron House, Sion Road, Bristol, BS3 3BD. Cancellations are not confirmed until you have a written response from the Contractor.
   1. If the order is cancelled within 48 working hours of order confirmation, the Order can be cancelled with no Charges applied;
   2. If the 48 hour cooling period has expired but cancellation is prior to 1st June, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, cancellations received between 1st - 7th June 2026 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations from 8th June 2026 onwards are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Second release sales are subject to no refunds.
   3. If the Edinburgh Fringe is cancelled, depending on the date of cancellation, the same fee’s will apply as stated in point 2.
