1. Once you have all the products you want for your show, either click ‘checkout' if you are on the page after you have added a product to basket. Or click the basket icon in the top right corner if you are at any other page on the website. Please note you can only checkout one campaign at a time.
2. Double check your basket is correct and then scroll down to our terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before purchasing. A PDF of these can be found on our website and a breakdown of important deadlines to keep in mind is on the Fringe homepage. You must scroll through this document in order to continue. Click yes to agree to the terms and conditions to proceed to checkout.
3. Now select your invoice address or add new.
4. Then click ‘Proceed to payment' at the bottom right. You will now need to choose whether you pay online, by BACS or if you hold a credit account with us, whether you use that.
5. If you select ‘Pay online' you'll be taken to our secure payment page hosted by WorldPay where you can submit your card details and complete your order.
6. Pay by BACS is the other payment option. Selecting this displays text with our bank information including sort code, account number, SWIFT & BIC numbers. Cleared bank payments need to be received within 7 days of an order being placed otherwise sites will be released back for sale. Please state your order number clearly on your bank reference. International bank transactions need to be for the full sales value with any fees paid by the customer.
7. All advertising on the website is sold with standard rated VAT calculated. Charities or international business customers placing orders will need to select the pay by bacs option and email accounts@outofhand.co.uk with their order details so that we can review the removal of VAT charges from your order before you progress to payment stage.
8. Any pre agreed credit account customers will have a third payment option appear at basket stage ‘Charge to Credit Account'. If you select this option then a 25% deposit is needed within 7 working days to secure your booking. This can be paid by bacs as above or if a card payment is preferred then please email accounts@outofhand.co.uk with your order details for a secure payment link to be sent.
9. When your checkout basket is completed, you'll be given you order number and should receive a confirmation email. You will also be directed to upload your artwork. Please see the how-to video below for a step by step guide.
